Last year my husband and I decided to relocate to the Camas-Washougal-Portland area from Southern California. We had no local real estate contacts and a very short relocation window. We were provided Amy's name by the Camas Chamber of Commerce.

Even though we were out-of-state clients, who gave Amy little time to help us locate our "forever home with a view", from our first contact Amy was extremely open and friendly, very professional and well prepared. Previously, we'd only visited the area a few times, so we relied heavily on Amy's extensive knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods.

Her area knowledge proved invaluable because although we had found Internet listings of several homes advertising 'views', none offered the views we'd hoped for. However, after touring another disappointing 'view' location, it was Amy who said to my husband, "you know Paul, if a view is what you're after, the houses with really great views in this Camas neighborhood are here", and sure enough, a home we'd not even found listed on the Internet had the view of our dreams. Once Amy made the arrangements to tour the house (within just minutes by the way), we knew we'd found our forever home with a view.

Now, every morning we wake up to the most gorgeous view of Lacamas Lake and remind ourselves that if it hadn't been for Amy, we would never have found this home.

I just wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful agent you have in Amy Stoller! She has been the listing agent on our home that just closed today and what a fabulous fabulous representative for your organization. Her communication skills were right on target and while I know she has other customers, she always made us feel like we were her top priority, answering emails, phone calls and text messages promptly, and always with a smile in the tone of the message.

Amy was very receptive to questions and discussion when we determined the listing price for our home. She quickly had pictures taken and the listing was online in nothing flat! As offers came in and questions arose, she was amazing at assisting us with the proper response. It was a true partnership.

The most amazing thing she did though was help us when dealing with the items that the buyer wanted to be repaired after the inspection. Our buyer was looking for a very quick turnaround and it never would have happened if Amy had not been there to recommend very capable repair persons and to help facilitate the right people getting to our home to make the repairs.

There are a lot of agents and offices to choose from and some represent with a lot of flash and glitz. That can sometimes give off an air of apparent success that can be very tempting. One of those realtors gave us a sales estimate for our home of over $30,000 less than Amy suggested (and what we sold for - yay!) and somewhat came off with the air that we should be happy he wanted to work with us. Amy was so down to earth, approachable, professional and helpful that we chose to deal with her (on top of the fact that we have dealt with Crest for the sale of our last two homes). I am so so sooooo glad that we did. I will recommend her and your organization to anyone and everyone that we talk to. I not only consider her our agent of choice for the future, but I now consider her a friend. She is an incredible asset to your business and we will be back for any future real estate needs that we have.
